The retreat guests are accommodated in two individual houses that have each been lovingly restored and renovated with the quirky-cool woods style. Its sort of luxury, its kinda country, its a little bit cool...its original, yet familiar. Whether you choose a share room or single occupancy you will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Set on acres of lush landscape with farm animals, an organic farm, pool, bush walks and more. This venue truly is like no other and we are just a small drive away from the stunning pristine beaches of Jervis Bay.



The retreat is focused on allowing you the space to reconnect into you. The retreats are designed to connect you with your body and enable you to form new friendships with like-minded people.


There will be a 20-minute guided meditation sessions designed to silence the mind and assist you in creating a daily practice that will rejuvenate your body and mind.


The daily sessions will coach you on the ultimate energy in exercise techniques designed to suit your lifestyle and fitness level. These sessions are led by expert holistic personal trainers.


The daily sessions will be led by industry superstar personal trainers designed to coach you on the ultimate training techniques to create a body you love.


The coaches will give you specific techniques to assist you reduce daily stress and anxiety. Together you will practice these techniques to ensure you create new, healthy habits to help you unwind.


The daily workshops include nutritional typing, gut health, stress management, motivational mind coaching and more.


You will have daily yoga classes suited to all levels from beginner to advanced. Yoga classes are taught by industry leaders who will transform your yoga experience and reconnect you with your body, mind, and soul.

Surrounded by the lush Australian native landscape, cute furry farm animals, organic farm and the stunning pristine white sand beach just a short 15 minute drive away, this location really has it all.

Each guest receives a free one hour massage. Additional treatments at a cost can be organised through the onsite day spa with prior warning.

Arrival by car

There is plenty of parking available so please drive safely and advise IN2URLIFE of your arrival time.

Arrival by airplane

If you are flying in from interstate please fly to SYD - Sydney airport, here you can either make your own way down the coast by hiring a car or you can contact IN2URLIFE for transfers starting at 50 AUD per person, reduced rate for group bookings.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 15% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
