Please make sure you have a quiet space, internet connection, pen and paper, water, and comfortable clothes.

How the retreat works

There will be two live Zoom sessions, one each day. You will receive guidance and support through the session. The live sessions will also be recorded and made available for the group.

This retreat has dual facilitation, so you will be guided by 2 instructors and also learn from each other! Because this retreat is online and structured to suit participants' schedules, there will be emails sent out with suggestions for activities to do on the weekend days in any free time and special content with guidance, yoga practices, and meditations.

Retreat information

Stress has a huge impact on mental and physical health. Many people all over the world, particularly in Western, high-pressure culture, have become so used to stress it is difficult to take the time to counterbalance this state. This online retreat will help you learn and develop simple stress management and reduction tools that can have hugely beneficial results in everyday life!

Through this retreat, you are given the opportunity to reconnect yourself on a deeper level and tap into your own healer. You will be guided during this journey of self-observation, releasing emotions, enjoying the pleasure of healing, exciting yoga, and meditations. All to embrace a new perspective about yourself and life. Journeying to a deeper understanding of yourself, and getting the tools for stress reduction, release, restore, relax, and feel ready to take on another week!

Explore the why and how of stress-reduction and self-transformation. Based on ancient wisdom techniques, combined with modern practices and science. Deepen the understanding of and relationship with yourself. During this retreat, you will practice the 4 Dimensional Method.

During the weekend, you will get a chance to practice individually and share the journey together. It is a collective learning experience, everyone can participate, share their experiences, get the guidance, and much more from the group. It will be a safe space for you to be whoever you are and what you feel, without any judgment.

This well-being retreat is held online. Inner Healer is based in London, UK (BST/GMT+1) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate in from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.


There will be no food provided, however, you will be provided with breaks to drink your own water/ tea/ cacao etc.

Things to do (optional)

There is an option of having a private one-on-one session with the instructors for your support. This can be a one-off or part of a multi-package.
