All the live classes are held through Zoom.
After receiving each day's email, you are encouraged to practice on your own, then you and Natalie join together at 8 a.m. to practice and elevate via video call on Zoom. You will receive guidance and support from her, in an uplifting community, with #highvibe accountability to ensure you are integrating all the breaths properly. If you cannot make it to the live session, you will still receive the daily video email, as well as be able to watch the live group video replay.
This is a 7 day, 8 part video course, with a daily live Zoom practice, that begins on Monday. Not only, will you learn about your respiratory system, and understand more clearly how your breath (diaphragm) influences every single other system in the body, but, every day, you’ll receive a video training of "how to get high" on your own supply, with that day’s yogi breath practice; its specific benefits and applications. It’s educational, informational, and upliftingly-transformational. "Breathing is the greatest pleasure in life."
The sessions are available from Monday to Sunday. The session starts at 8 a.m., Eastern Time Zone.
Each day will build upon the next, so you’ll want to keep up, and keep refining your breath tool kit for any situation. By the end, you’ll have a whole new breath sequence to support you, align you, center you, and reconnect you to the stillness and beauty that is always underneath the noise.

Prana is the vital life force energy, and Ayama is the direction or expansion of the vital energy. So pranayama is breath practices that help support, direct, and expand the flow of your life force energy.
It can be unique for each individual, but overall emotional, neurotic mental, and unconscious patterns, the postural holding of the tissue, organs, poor diet, and increased acidity and inflammation, not enough movement, exercise, yoga, and etc.
It is best done early in the am, or 3-4 hours after eating, so you’ll want to be sure to have an empty stomach. You can practice seated on a chair, or a cushion on the floor, whichever is most comfortable, and stable for you.
With a degree in Exercise Science and background in personal training, she spent 9+ years exploring, certifying, and cultivating these gifts that she shares with humanity and you. Natalie is also certified as a Tao Tantric Arts, Sacred Femininity Facilitator which is recognized by the Universal Healing Tao. She helps women educate and explore their body, anatomy, and awaken their feminine energy through sacred practices.
