About this private session
Topic per session is to be discussed and agreed upon with you, depending on your specific needs.
Isabelle will gently show you how to set tangible and smart health goals. You will discuss them during your sessions, while Isabelle will also reveal tools and techniques to help you achieving them with success and take action steps for measurable success.
Each session will be structured around a clear intention and specific areas of your life’s circle and you will focus in getting the results you have fixed for yourself for each of your life’s areas.
You will finally find the way to connect to yourself and others and regain the balance you need in your life thanks to personalized actions. You will be talking about dietary theories, meditation methods, and biological impacts of your life choices. Isabelle will guide you in analyzing your cravings and how to crowd them out. You will learn to navigate through your relationships and your environment and set your priorities in life while also understanding which are the emotional sensations that have an impact on your physical condition.
You will have a personal support to guide you through this journey and you will be heard with no judgement but yet you will also be held accountable.
Considering your bio-individuality and specific needs, Isabelle will help you clarify your intentions and set up a weekly schedule that works best for you to make you feel healthier and happier by the end and for ever after.
