How the course works

There are two live sessions daily that you can attend but not mandatory. If you can't attend them, you can also opt for watching the recordings that are provided. During the 6-day course, there's no set schedule, the live schedule sessions will be discussed with the group beforehand. You can work at your own pace if needed.

If you need extra support, you can also request a QnA live session on any day of the course. Please contact Ishavasyam Yoga School for this.

This pranayama and meditation course is held online. Ishavasyam Yoga School is based in Rishikesh, India (IST/GMT+5:30) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate in from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
