Program

Muay Thai & Western Boxing

Your hosts are proud to have the best trainers for both Muay Thai and Western boxing, who are able to train across the board from beginner level to getting you fight ready. The trainers including Kru Jay have trained professional fighters at Olympic level.

What to expect

The warm ups consist of skipping drills, running and dynamic stretching, they have specific technique classes from basic to advanced, bag work with pads and drills, this can be gym based or on location such as down by the river. In the afternoon you’ll learn techniques for clinching and sparring followed by cool down and deep stretches.

Looking to arrange a competition fight?

Then let your hosts know! They will take you through specific training to get you fight ready, they have been training competitive fighters in this area for many years so you’re in safe hands.

Something special

Wai Kroo / Ram Muay is a ritualistic and traditional dance carried out before Muay Thai fighters engage in the ring. The Wai Kroo is an act of respect to show honor to the opponent and his respective teacher. You will learn the Wai Kroo during your stay.

Fitness Training

They have a fully versed gym and crossfit area, they hold regular cross fit and functional training classes too. They’ve found this an excellent combination to increase cardiac capabilities as well as overall strength. At the end of each session you can join in for “Ab Blast” where they take you through 5 to 10 minutes of intense core based exercises.

-Pick up by our car from Bangkok (4500 baht) or Chiang Mai (5500 baht)

Flying into Bangkok and want to come straight to our camp by car? Book your flight to arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) or Don Mueang Airport (DMK). A pick up from Chiang Mai airport is also possible. We can arrange a private transfer to collect you from airport arrivals and bring you to the camp. We can also pick you up from any other address in Bangkok or Chiang Mai, like your hotel.

-Fly to Phitsanulok (or Sukhothai) airport

Phitsanulok has its own airport, so this makes a quick journey (1 hour) if you choose to fly here from Bangkok. Several flights leave each day, and if you book in time this journey cost you under 700 baht (extra for check-in luggage). Another (less recommended) option is flying to Sukhothai airport. We will pick you up from either airport for free!

-Coming to Phitsanulok by minivan / bus / train

  • Go to Mo Chit bus station and get on the first class bus to Phitsanulok. Several buses leave throughout the day, on the hour. The journey will be about 6 hours. Tell us when you arrive and we will come pick you up from the bus station.
  • Travel by train. This will take around 6,5 hours. Phitsanulok is well connected with several cities and trains go throughout the day. Make sure you get a first or second class ticket; without aircon it might be a sweaty journey. Tell us what train you're on and we will be there to pick you up at the train station for free.
  • Minibus is a final option, but not the most comfortable one usually. If you do decide to go by minivan, we will pick you up from the minivan station for free.
  • Prefer to come by your own? These are our Google coordinates: 16.8220049107, 100.2386200104.
