Daily Schedule (subject to change)
Day 1
- 13:00 Fresh special detox juice and joint opening and introduction
- Anamnesis/intakes necessary for detox and PT (personal training) or just free time
- 19:00 Dinner: fresh soup and salads
- 21:00 relaxing yoga session
Day 2
- 07:30 Light breakfast (detox juice)
- 08:00 Meditation and yoga (15 minutes meditation and 60-minute yoga) - if meditation is not desired, yoga can be followed at 09:30
- 11:00-12:00 Scheduled PT fitness with Stephanie (30-60 minutes) or me-time
- 12:30 Lunch with tea and salads
- 13:00-19:00 Skin beauty detox treatment by a Pro (30 min); your skin is refreshed and free of toxins. Nourish yourself, relax and feel your skin renewed; what a great way to feel fresher and liberated and/or me-time
- 19:00 Dinner: fresh soup and salad
- Massage
- Early night
Day 3
- 07:30 Light breakfast (tea with detox juice)
- 08:00 Meditation and yoga (15-minute meditation and 60-minute yoga) - if meditation is not desired, yoga can be followed at 09:30; depending on the weather, you can also take yoga on the beach today
- 11:00-12:00 Planned PT in fitness with Stephanie or me-time
- 12:30 Lunch with smoothies/ fresh salad, teas, water
- 13:00-15:00 Massage or me-time
- 15:00-19:00 Planned PT in fitness with Stephanie or me-time
- 19:00 Dinner: fresh soup and salad
