Immerse yourself in the world of silence. Every day, morning and evening yoga classes will be offered. In the morning, Vinyasa or Hatha yoga. Evening will be dedicated to Restorative and Yin yoga.
Dharma talks on silence, presence, and stillness offer a bountiful time for rest, reflection, and introspection.
