You will need a reliable internet connection and the Zoom app to participate in this one-on-one online wellness retreat.

How the retreat works

Every day, there will be three online sessions covering different wellness modalities.

Daily schedule (Portugal, UTC+0 / UTC+1)

The duration will be 3 days and the program should be:

Day 1

  • 09:00 Yoga class (90 minutes)
  • 11:00 Ayurvedic nutrition diagnostic (60 minutes)
  • 15:00 Mindfulness session (60 minutes)

Day 2

  • 09:00 Yoga class (90 minutes)
  • 11:00 Human design (90 minutes)
  • 15:00 Coaching (60 minutes)

Day 3

  • 09:00 Yoga class (90 minutes)
  • 11:00 Systemic constellations (90 minutes)
  • 15:00 Breathwork session (90 minutes)

Retreat information

On this retreat, you will have time to relax, practice yoga, gain knowledge about Ayurveda and nutrition for your type of metabolism and reconnect with your greatest qualities and life purpose.

Nutrition

The practice of functional nutrition and herbalism in a combination of ancient and modern treatments with the use of herbs, supplementation, and exercises to rebalance the reproductive, circulatory, nervous, tegumentary, and musculoskeletal systems in various pathologies.

Breathwork

Breathwork techniques will help you manage your energy and develop a better relationship with your emotions. Through different breathing techniques, you will understand how to optimize your immune system, recover from traumas, and have more cognitive performance.

Vinyasana flow classes consist of a Vinyasa flow that will realign, nourish and focus you so that your day is full of balance. These classes are for all levels, in each session a different approach and energetic dynamic between yin and yang. Each class will have a theme, based on the current phase of the moon, a specific chakra, or focusing on a particular area of the body. Linking breath to movement, you practice yoga to align the body, mind, and soul.

Systemic constellations

In this one-to-one session, you will be taken on a journey in search of your transgenerational patterns in order to become aware of and release past traumas.

Human design

Your Human Design Chart, also called a BodyGraph, is calculated using your birth date, time, and place, to reveal your genetic design. On the most practical level, Human Design shows you where and how to access your body's consciousness as a decision-making tool, and ultimately, how to live as your true self.
