This retreat is much more than just another holiday, it's an opportunity for you to learn new tools to make a change in life, to get to know yourself better and for personal transformation. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and workshops like emotional intelligence and mindset change through Neurolinguistics Programming (NLP).
This retreat promises to be a nutrition to the body and soul. It is an open level retreat, meaning that KDS Yoga accommodates all levels by offering flows that everyone can follow, with different variations for beginner to intermediate. They expect you to be familiar with basic postures to be able follow the class.
Emotional intelligence workshop
Dr. Danielle Capella will be giving a two-hour workshop on emotional intelligence to gives participants a better understanding of the concepts below.
Emotional intelligence (EI is defined as "the ability to monitor one's own and others' feelings and emotions, to discriminate among them, and to use this information to guide one's thinking and actions." The five components of EI are: self-awareness, self-regulation or self-management, self-motivation, empathy, and social awareness.
This workshop will deliver these concepts in a very easy, dynamic, and hands-on way to help you process this information from an experience point of view, learning how to access and manage your emotions with harmony and balance.
