Yoga, Hiking, Meditation, Writing and Detox in the Nature of Southern Morocco
Near Essaouira, in a grandiose and preserved nature, a soft retreat that combines detox, yoga, hiking, writing workshops and meditation. You will also have the chance to do a detox: Buchinger type fasting (water, herbal teas, juices and broths) or detoxifying vegetable cure, according to your preferences. Your day will alternate between workshops, hiking and time for yourself during which you can enjoy the space and well-being massages. The surrounding nature, the swimming pool and the hammam contribute to the regeneration of your body. But just as important are the times of exchanges on topics such as natural health and bio-nutrition, to understand how the body works and know how to take care of it, and discussions on many other topics of personal development.
And of course, do not forget what matters even more: the moments of conviviality, solidarity, sharing each other's experiences. If the borders get closed we offer it in France on the same dates and for the same prices. Instructions will be offered in French and possible in English

07:30 Individual practice for those who wish
08:45 Juices and discussions: in front of a fruits and vegetables juice, a small round table where everyone can take part, if it feels like it, and talk about its experience of the moment.
09:15-12:45 Hiking: The hikes are gentle, quiet, with regular breaks. Ability to return earlier (a person will pick you up) or on the contrary to extend the hike from one to two hours for good hikers. For the others, a hike of three hours is proposed. Three "levels" are therefore possible depending on your condition.
13:00 Writing workshop (for those who wish) or discovery workshop : massage class, botanic, sound healing, music, etc.
14:45-16:00 Rest, care, reading, swimming, sauna, jacuzzi and for those who wish: massages and wellness treatments. This time is a privileged moment to give the body the calm necessary for a good detoxification. Sleep is important, it allows deep regeneration and optimizes the benefits of fasting.
16:00 Yoga workshop
17:30-19:30 Broth and culture. In front of a good smoking broth, you will discuss the topic chosen in the morning : spirituality, health, nutrition, tantra, psychology, etc.
20:00 Sunset and meditative hiking or guided meditation

Her life is made of a thousand of improbable encounters that led her to the four corners of the world and accompanied her in her journey as artist and novelist. Following the diagnosis of a chronic illness and the failure of conventional treatments, she turned to the educational bases she had received from her inveterate fasting mother, who was keen on natural medicine. She trained in naturopathy, the art of fasting and intensified her practice of meditation, yoga and detox. She is a Yin yoga certified teacher and fasting instructor trained at the Higher Institute of Naturopathy-Paris.
