A small haven of relaxation nestled in the lush greenery, just a short distance from the sea! This is an ancient Sicilian country house completely refurbished and brought back to life, surrounded by splendid olive groves and vineyards, where guests can stroll and practice sports. A luxury bio-resort with a country soul, nurtured by a philosophy aiming at the physical and mental well-being of guests, where modern design blends in perfectly with local materials.

There are large terraces and a solarium for relaxation, sipping a drink at sunset, or simply dozing off, sun-bathing, and enjoying the moment. Pets are welcome, on request, with no supplementary payment!

Rooms

The 22 large welcoming suites have a fresh modern style with contemporary touches reflecting the creativeness of local artisans. They are divided between the ground and first floors and can host up to four persons. Some have access to an internal courtyard, others a private garden and others have a splendid view over the Temple of Selinunte.

There are two rooms equipped to host guests with disabilities. The cost of your room includes buffet-style breakfast, use of the pool and solarium area, use of the spa with sauna, Turkish bath, hydro-massage tub, and relaxation area, the use of e-bikes/mountain bikes, fitness room, beach service, and transfer to the beach.

Beach

The beach is two kilometers away and can be reached by the hotel shuttle bus. Beach service is included for guests of the resort and includes a beach umbrella and two sunbeds assigned in the first and second rows, beach towels, and a bottle of water per person.

Wellness center

The Momentum Wellness Bio Resort has a small spa, which guests can utilize free of charge and which can be booked for exclusive use in the evening, with payment. Guests can relax in the hydro-massage tub for six people, a sauna, and a Turkish bath plus massages and treatments with organic products.

Sports

The fitness room with Technogym equipment is open 24/7. On request and additional payment, group yoga classes on the terrace, cooking lessons and massages, and the use of two tennis courts are available.

Services and activities

In the external area, there is a salt-water infinity pool (pool towels available free of charge) with a bar and solarium, ideal for sipping a drink. *Guests can also use e-bikes and mountain bikes free of charge.
Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge throughout the facility.
The resort organizes themed evenings, during which guests can savor local culture and cuisine and enjoy regional music, as well as *tastings of oil produced on the premises. On request, management can arrange for tours of the olive grove.
Pets are allowed free of charge (on request).
Late check-out on request (50 EUR for each additional hour until 7 p.m.).

Day 1

09:00 -10:00 Opening, explaining the method, what to expect, safety precautions, introductions of the instructors. Every day will begin with a short story of Marcel's life or Anicha, warming up, five-minute 10-11 DICE breathing, three rounds of five-minute breathing then meditation/quantumhypnosis.
11:00 - 11:15 Break
11:15 - 11:45 Some yoga/stretching
11:45 - 12:45 DAB breathing, 2 or 3 rounds of five minutes, depending on the group's experience, including a meditation/quantum hypnosis
12:45 - 14:00 Lunch break
14:00 -15:00 Attention exercises/heart meditation
15:00 - 15:15 Explaining the Hof-chi, warming up exercise before going into the cold and after for warming up the inner fire.
15:15 - 16:00 Doing the Hof-chi using synergy, Indian drum, and voice and playing with trance.
16:00 - 17:00 Going in the ice water, using conscious stress, playing with perception, and changing your reality! Every day is a building up of breathing exercises and cold exposure. You'll use your lifelong experience and your intuition to see what is needed every day. This is the structure of every day. They want you to experience absolute trust in your own autonomy, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Surrendering to the process and opening up your heart will go easy while you create a safe and open space where everything can be felt and experienced! So on Day 1, three rounds of DICE breathing, 2 or 3 rounds of DAB, and 1 to 2 minutes of an ice bath.

Day 2

4 rounds of DICE, 3 or 4 rounds of DAB, and 2 to 3 minutes of an ice bath.

Day 3

2 rounds of DICE together with 2 rounds of DAB, and the second round of 2 rounds of DICE and 3 rounds of DAB, and 3 to 4 minutes of an ice bath.

Day 4

20 minutes of DICE and the second round, 4 rounds of DAB, and 4 to 5 minutes of an ice bath.

Day 5

5 rounds of 5-minute DICE breathing and the second round of 5 rounds of 5-minute DAB breathing.

After every breathing, you will do a heart meditation or quantum hypnosis, and every day the script changes and there is a deepening; old traumas/stories can come up and can transform naturally, and trust and intuitive knowing will rise.

Day 6

Departure.

Location

The resort is located in the seaside destination of Marinella di Selinunte in the Province of Trapani. It is surrounded by the typical olive groves of southwest Sicily and it is two kilometers away from the main beaches of Marinella and from the seafaring village. By car, you can easily reach the archaeological site of Selinunte, Cusa Caves, the charming towns of Mazara del Vallo and Marsala, and the Valley of the Temples (90 kilometers); just to name a few points of interest. The nearest airports are Trapani (70 kilometers) and Palermo (90 kilometers).

The use of local products is the hallmark of the resort’s chef who prepares tasty light lunches à la carte and delicious evening meals. For lunch, guests can choose from a variety of salads with organic products, and delicious yet light filled rolls and sandwiches. The menu also includes a special "Pizza Margherita" and the day’s pasta dish.

The dinner menu is very varied and is based on traditional dishes but with original, tasty touches, often offering both local and world cuisine. A kids’ menu is also available. Breakfast is served buffet-style, based on local organic products, and is served in the olive grove.
