Program
When the heart is closed and dry, and the mind is agitated, life has but little meaning and you do not experience much joy and growth. No outer change or external action can truly fulfill you, try as you might. When the heart loves intensely and the mind is really focused, these two give actual meaning to your actions and interactions, making life truly fulfilling and happy.
The awakening of the spiritual heart and the silencing of the mind can be trained systematically. This retreat is dedicated to introducing Tantric methods that can be integrated into your daily life. You will get the chance to directly experience the opening of the heart and the blissful silence of the mind. Each day will include yoga practice, meditations, lectures, and exercises.

Uriel Yariv

Uriel was born in Israel. He has spent the last 12 years in various parts of the world teaching and studying yoga, Tantra, and meditation and living in spiritual communities and in retreat centers. Uriel is trained as a Tantra yoga teacher in the International Yoga Federation ATMAN and holds a master of arts degree in clinical psychology. He shares his love of spirituality, meditation, and Tantra in a clear and tangible way, and is an inspiration to many around him.
Blandine Wegener

Maria Blandine Wegener is a teacher and life coach for applied yoga and Tantra, implementing elements from a variety of yoga traditions, Ayurveda, and psychology. She gathered her first teaching experiences between 2007 and 2009 teaching Tantra for women courses in Berlin and Copenhagen. From 2009 to 2014 (after four years of extensive teachers education in Denmark), she integrated as yoga and Tantra teacher in Deutsche Akademie fur traditionelles Yoga in Berlin, Germany.

Mahasiddha Yoga offers three vegetarian meals every day, except on the first and the last day of the retreat. On the first day, they serve dinner and on the last day, they serve breakfast and lunch. The food is prepared by a Thai chef and her team with love, and they always choose organic and fresh ingredients.
