Accommodation
There will be 11 nights of accommodation included during the trekking period at various accommodations. The first night will be spent at Mandala Studio Yoga and Spa guest house. You will stay in a Nepali traditional guest house, with lovely eco-friendly accommodations situated amidst acres of blossoming gardens, a swimming pool, hiking trails, mountains, forests, hills, and absolutely breathtaking views from the rooftop.
The guest house is clean with all amenities for your comfort: clean bed sheets, towels, air conditioning, 24-hour free Wi-Fi, your own attached bathroom with hot and cold water, a balcony, and very helpful staff.
Program
Itinerary
Day 0
The representative will welcome you at the airport and transfer to the yoga retreat home. The rest of the day you will unwind, relax, and slowly soak up the magical atmosphere of Nepal.
At dinner, you will meet others joining your adventure and you will discuss details of the trek. Afterwards you will gather for a welcome ceremony in the yoga hall.
The first day stay in Mandala Yoga retreat resort do some yoga and meditation with yogic healthy foods.
- Day 1: Flight from Kathmandu - Lukla then trek - Phakding (2,560 m)
- Day 2: Phakding - Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)
- Day 3: Namche Bazaar - Tengboche (3,870 m)
- Day 4: Tengboche - Dingboche (4,360 m)
- Day 5: Rest and acclimatization day at Dingboche
- Day 6: Dingboche - Lobuche (4,940 m)
- Day 7: Lobuche - Gorakshep (5,160 m) - Everest Base Camp (8,848 m)
- Day 8: Gorakshep - Kalapthar (5,545 m) - Pheriche (4,230 m) / or Pangboche
- Day 9: Pheriche - Namche Bazaar / or Pangboche to Kyangjuma
- Day 10: Namche Bazaar - Lukla (2,642 m) / or Jyangjuma to Lukla
- Day 11: Lukla - Kathmandu flight
Note
During trekking, there will not be any yoga session but you the can join yoga class while at Mandala and enjoy one free massage on the last day.
You will be accompanied by guide and porter – for lodge trekking two clients share one porter. The Mandala Studio Yoga & Spa policy says that one porter can carry a maximum of 16 to 18 kilo. So each of you can take 8 to 9 kilo luggage.

You will be trekking in Nepal, going from Kathmandu to Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, Gorakshep, Pheriche, and back to Kathmandu.
