If you want to feel young and get rid of the extra baggage with balanced yoga poses to stretch the muscles and the skin to the fullest extent, this program is the right choice for you! Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort invites you to experience an exclusive destination spa that has adopted ancient Ayurveda spa techniques. During the retreat, be pampered with spa massages and body treatments aiming to purify your well-being inside and out.
For your retreat, you can choose between the resort's four different rooms types, from the basic Superior Garden Villas (but still 58 square meters) to their most famous, the Superior Jacuzzi Villas that include a Jacuzzi hot tub.
All villas lay amidst the lush tropical gardens, with the Deluxe Jacuzzi and Royal Jacuzzi Villas having a partial sea view and being the most spacious and luxurious room types.
The size of the rooms ranges from 58 square meters to 94 square meters, and provide guests with spacious, large, and private space. Each villa features a comfortable seating area, spacious al-fresco bathrooms with an outside garden rain-shower, and a terrace, all designed to ensure an enjoyable stay.
The rooms are well fitted out with a variety of unique interior features, designed by John Underwood. Warm tones, rich colors, heavy wooden furniture, and mostly natural materials used and combined to an almost timeless design will make you feel comfortable right away.
Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort's villas have been designed to be naturally cool, with very high insulation and air ventilation through the roof. Even without air-conditioning, you will feel comfortable and relaxed. The air-conditioning works quietly, the temperature control is precise, and you can reach it from your bed.
Mattresses are first-grade for a very comfortable sleep and sweet dreams. The tropical gardens are kept natural, cultured but not over-designed, attracting local animals such as geckos, birds, frogs, and butterflies, which is also a result of environmentally friendly pest control systems.
This retreat program is a unique combination of meals and drinks, spa treatments, yoga, and meditation sessions to allow you to achieve your targets in a very relaxing, luxury environment. During this retreat, you will enjoy deep activation of energy points, with massages and warm wraps with the herbal sauna to improve blood circulation.
There will be two daily yoga sessions (60 minutes each, including meditation breathwork, morning and afternoon) at Prana Yoga Sala with one of Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort's expert teachers, with various yoga styles: Kundalini, Hatha and Hatha flow, Vinyasa, yoga Therapy, yoga stretch, Dynamic Hatha, Yin yoga, and Restorative yoga, according to schedule.
