This is Maria's Cookery Course's best-selling class. You will peel, bash, chop, and cook on this holiday together. Ultimately, you sit down and enjoy the meal with a good bottle of wine. This program lasts six days and five nights with four morning classes. Make sure to reserve this holiday weekly cooking class early. The classes are small enough to accommodate cooks of all levels and are ideal for small groups of family and friends. Each class includes the main menu, soup, appetizer, snacks, or dessert. The local women of Veneto will share their techniques, special ingredients, and family recipes.

Daily itinerary
Day 1 - Sunday
Arrive at the villa. The transfer is not included. Time to mingle with the other guests and welcome dinner with a Prosecco wine glass or a typical Spritz.
Day 2 - Monday: First cooking lesson and lunch with your chef
At 10:30 a.m., you will join a hands-on cooking lesson. Get ready! Today, You meet Stefano, your chef, who will introduce you to the fantastic world of Italian pasta-making. You will start using techniques and recipes handed down through generations of local women to make three different pasta dough and their sauces to exalt the flavor. The program will end with a meal where you will taste your cookery creations. In the afternoon, you can relax at the villa or visit the beauties of the nearby sights. Dinner at the villa.
Day 3 - Tuesday: Second cooking lesson and lunch
At 10:30 a.m., you will join your second hands-on cooking lesson. Today, you will learn how to make and cook another traditional Italian menu focused on tortelli, tagliatelle, and dessert. Lunch at the villa with wine. During the rest of the day, the staff will be available to set up another activity. Maria's Cookery Course has many contacts with the local operators and will grant valuable services. Dinner at the villa.
Day 4 - Wednesday: Third cooking lesson and lunch
Italian cooking tips and secrets about regional dishes are revealed while preparing a three-course meal using only what is in season. You will have free time during the rest of the day, and the staff will be available to set up another activity. They have many contacts with the local operators and will provide valuable services. For instance, the staff can plan an excursion to the beautiful town of Chioggia or the natural park of Po Delta for a bike ride. Please ask for a quote. Dinner at the villa.
Day 5 - Thursday: Fourth cooking lesson and lunch
Today, you will be involved with Risotto all'Italiana. This region is known for the rice cultivated in the Po Delta. As a dessert, you could try to make a delicious tiramisù, another local recipe of this land. In the end, you sit down and enjoy the meal together. In the afternoon, you will have free time to relax after a long day of work in the kitchen. You can ask the staff to plan an excursion to a local olive mill company for an extra virgin olive oil tasting. Dinner at the villa.
