The classes are small enough to accommodate cooks of all levels and are ideal for small groups of family and friends. Each class includes the main menu, soup, appetizer, snacks, or dessert. The local women of Veneto will share their techniques, special ingredients, and family recipes.

The classes are ideal for cooks at all experience levels. Enjoy Italian traditional cuisine and the noble wines of the Veneto. Veneto is known for its capital city, Venice, one of the most popular destinations in Italy. But just an hour or so to the west, at the foot of Euganean hills, lies the Venetian wine-growing area and your home for this unique countryside cooking vacation.
