Marina Yoga is in a quiet countryside location with great views all around the beautiful Krabi landscape. There is a local resort within easy walking distance with a good swimming pool for free use. There are a total of 10 bungalows as well as a shared dormitory. During this retreat, you will be staying in a private room with a fan, warm water shower, and Wi-Fi.


This four-day retreat combines meditation, yoga, healing therapies, and creative art therapy to allow you to be more connected within, ready with the strength to deal with the new world and all its changes and challenges. Although this is a silent retreat, there will be the optional opportunity to have a daily one-on-one session with the course coordinator and therapist.


Yoga is the union between the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga in a broader sense is a system of philosophy, lifestyle, and techniques that evolves the whole person. The four-day healing retreat will incorporate the following styles of yoga: Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa (flow), and Kundalini.


Meditation simply means being able to be fully aware and present at the moment. For some, this could mean going for a run, knitting, dancing, painting - a state of deep peace that we find when the mind is calm and silent. During the retreat, meditation will be used to train your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. This will increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings, which so important to allow you to connect to your true self and be able to step into your new future with clarity and focus. Meditation sessions will include the following guided meditations: Candle, mindful, heart opening, and chakra.

Healing sessions


The laying on of hands-on special parts of the body to transfer positive life energy or universal energy and channel it to stimulate the body into self-healing. Marina is also trained in Shamanistic healing which she combines very often in regular energy healing sessions. Therefore, she will connect herself with the spirit world and guides. This healing session will include personal one-to-one coaching and last approximately an hour.

Sound bowl

This will be a group session using Tibetan and Chrystal singing bowls to harmonize the brain and the body and encourage deep relaxation. Sound bowl therapy stimulates stress relief on all levels and the elimination of toxins from the body.

Mandala art

Art can be used as a creative expression to promote healing by exploring emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, boost self-esteem, and work on social skills. This mandala art session will be fun and allows you to connect to your inner child, encouraging a deeper creative side to emerge.

Daily schedule

Exact time will be agreed upon between organizer and customer so no definite time yet. Each day will start with yoga and meditation, followed by a healthy breakfast. On three of the days, there will be healing therapies of Reiki, sound bowl, and art therapy, allowing you to rediscover your place in the journey of the new world.

The food is vegetarian and vegan, homemade gluten-free and rye bread, homemade soy, or coconut yogurt, all fresh prepared. For breakfast, there will be freshly-prepared each day using local products, there will be the choice of rye bread or gluten-free bread, soya yogurt, and a range of fresh fruit. For lunch, continuing the health and wellness focus of this retreat, a freshly prepared lunch will be based on an Ayurveda diet, support the delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. There will also be a choice of herbal teas and local fresh fruit will be available throughout the day/in the afternoon.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
