A Reiki session is a relaxing experience that typically lasts about 50 to 90 minutes (including feedback) During a session, you’ll lie on a massage table fully clothed, as your Reiki practitioner gently places their hands, on or just above your body in specific energy locations (called Chakra’s). Reiki is a spiritual healing art and a type of biofield energy therapy that is used alongside conventional medical interventions, not as a treatment of its own.
