Accommodation
Please note: This retreat is not held at a retreat center, but on a farm with authentic Norwegian farmhouses. The retreat is hosted during Summer Solstice, the brightest and lightest time of the year. The sunset will be late in the evening, around 10:30pm. Normally the weather during this time is warm and sunny, but there are no guarantees! Please come prepared for both rain and sunshine!
The Folga House
The house is 200 years old and the original farmhouse. This house will accommodate 3 people during the retreat.
The Jonsen House
The house is more than 100 years old and was moved to Fossane farm in 1920. The house will accommodate 3 people during the retreat.
The Bjoedland House
The house is more than 100 years old but was originally not part of the Fossane farm. It was moved to Fossane in 1996. This house will accommodate 2 people during the retreat.
The Toetland House
The house is located on the neighbouring farm, Tøtland. It is originally from the 70s but was fully renovated in 2024. It's only a 10 minute walk to Fossane farm.

Location
This retreat takes place on a charming Norwegian farm featuring authentic, historic farmhouses. Experience the magic of Summer Solstice, with long, light-filled days and sunsets around 10:30 pm. While the weather is typically warm and sunny, be prepared for rain or shine. Guests will stay in beautifully preserved houses: the 200-year-old Folga House, the over-100-year-old Jonsen House (moved to the farm in 1920), and the Bjoedland House, relocated to the farm in 1996. Each house offers a cozy and unique connection to Norway’s rich heritage.
