Wallis has been practicing yoga since she was a teenager. She has always looked for balance in body and mind. Yoga has been a part of her life to keep her mind and body flexible, open, and calm. She started teaching about 10 years ago and her experiences have taken her to the sea where she taught yoga privately to yacht owners around the world. Now back in Melbourne where she is based, she is teaching privately in between yoga retreats. She runs eight yoga retreats every year in a variety of locations around the world.
Meghan is an osteopath with a passion for the human body and restorative practices like yoga. She is a firm believer in movement and hands-on treatment as an effective way to restore balance in the body, physically and mentally. Working across two private practices, Meghan uses a wide range of manual therapy techniques to treat musculoskeletal conditions. It is this clinical background that helps inform her Massoga practice. Outside of osteopathy, you can find Meg in a rowing boat paddling on the Yarra River most mornings, or else in her happy place hiking in the vast wilderness of Australia.
