Overview
With morning Mindfulness or yoga classes, your teacher will guide you through the essential mental training techniques for your mind and body, while the wellness massages in the evening will fresh up your energy by the release of tensions and stress in your body, and provide you with optimal mental wellbeing throughout your stay. You will practice Yoga or Mindfulness in the mornings, and have wonderful massages in the morning or in the afternoon, as you please.
The hotel used in this program is Immersed in 3500 square meters of subtropical gardens, and the Oriental Spa Garden has received numerous awards as the best hotel spa in Europe and the Mediterranean, boasting a team of almost 30 highly-qualified professionals with the highest qualifications!
You are able to start your program any date throughout the year! If you decide to come for a whole week, we will include a whole-day hiking trip towards astonishing volcano landscapes, and meditate with spectacular nature and scenery around us.

The hotel garden is surrounded by 3500 square meters of subtropical gardens, including a golf course and a tennis court. For your body, you have the possibility to work out in the fitness studio, and if a personal trainer is needed, there will be one there for you to help you out with your goals and needs.
