The key to helping achieve this to stay on track is COACHING, it provides the infrastructure whilst being fully engaged in normal daily activities managing work commitments, busy schedules, family, and friends.

Coaching is non-directive, non-judgemental, goal-focused, action-based, confidential, collaborative, supportive, and positive yet also gently challenging! It is based on the premise that you already have the resources within you to access inner wisdom; to identify what is required to make changes in order to achieve your desired outcomes.

About this private session

Susan’s wellbeing philosophy: everyone has the right and potential to live a happy, healthy life. No-one needs to live with illness longer than necessary, there’s always a reason for the body to be expressing and demonstrating an imbalance. The key is to master 'tuning in' to the body’s intellect, it’s innate wisdom and interpret messages, become aware of 'self-talk' to nurture good feeling thoughts and find simple, practical ways to calm and soothe the mind.

The aim is to be ‘heart-centered’.

Each client has a personalized program tailored for their requirements to identify the root cause of a health issue and determine a lifestyle prescription to help create the desired change. The session may include one or more of the following to be integrated as required:

  • Reiki energy therapy
  • Therapeutic tapping (EFT) to balance the body and mind for complete stress relief and rejuvenation
  • Breathing techniques to soothe the soul and achieve an enhanced state of relaxation and peace
  • Mindfulness meditation practice for deeper connection of being 'present' providing greater awareness of ongoing self-care

Instructor

Susan Gardner is an International Coach, Mentor, Trainer, and Speaker focusing on helping people to find the root cause of their anxiety and stress-related conditions. In particular, Susan specializes in helping people on the road to recovery with M.E., CFS, and Fibromyalgia.

Wellbeing Coaching is a unique approach and Susan weaves in a range of modalities to help the process:
