This beautiful fully accredited Introduction to Sound Healing Facilitator Training will be your first step towards exploring the greatest mystery of creation —sound. You will reconnect to the mystical power of your voice, the healing vibrations of musical instruments, and the mystery of the sound of your breath.

This training will allow you to use healing sound with confidence and creativity to accompany yoga and meditation classes, ceremonies, reiki sessions, breathwork journeys, etc.

You will receive a certificate of completion after completing the training, do the final exam, and submit your home assignments.
How the course works
This is a 50-hour Sound Healing Facilitator course. This course will provide you with a workbook and videos that you can study at your own pace. You will also be provided with 2 Zoom calls with Lola that you need to book in advance.
There will also be home assignments and exams that you need to do in order to receive a certificate.
Timing of sessions (Central Indonesian Time/GMT+8)
The Zoom calls will take place on Monday (the first call) and Wednesday (the second call). The date and time of the Zoom calls need to be discussed with Lola in advance. All times are based on Central Indonesian Time/GMT+8.
During the training, you will discover:
Himalayan singing bowls
Shakers, caxixi, and maracas
Tanpura and swarmandal
Harmonium and surpeti
Chimes and koshi bells
Harp and lyre
Kabolonga and shamanic rattle
UFO (steel tongue drum)
You will explore the healing power of your voice and breath through various breathing techniques, Nada yoga, voice activation, toning, soothing lullabies, ancient mantras, sacred chants, and medicine songs. The training also includes Lola's personal advice on how to start your career as a sound therapist, Q & A, and titles of many precious books to help you deepen your knowledge.
Important information on the course
Even though you will explore how to work both with groups and one-on-one, this training is not enough to become a professional sound therapist. To become a professional therapist, you need to complete at least 150-hour training, possess and skillfully use a variety of therapeutic instruments, and have at least 6-12 months of professional experience with healing sound.
The knowledge you receive in this training will allow you to use healing sound to accompany yoga and meditation classes, breathwork and Reiki sessions, cacao and tea ceremonies, and other holistic practices. It will also deeply enrich your personal life and spiritual practice, and hopefully will inspire you to continue exploring this wonderful mystical art of Sound Healing.
Lola is a researcher, educator, self-love mentor, Metta meditation teacher, international yoga teacher, and movement/play therapist. Lola's work synthesizes ancient and contemporary approaches to holistic healing and well-being. Her workshops and retreats are an invitation for an intimate exploration of the self, and an opportunity to cultivate compassion, courage, somatic and emotional awareness, self-love, and loving-kindness. Lola has been invited to work on various projects in India, Japan, Vietnam, Czech Republic, Greece, Germany, and Bali.
This Introduction to Sound Healing is held online. Metta Pilgrims is based in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia (GMT+8) and they will have private calls with you via Zoom which you can participate in from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
