This is a bespoke therapeutic retreat with life coaching, CBT, Yoga, mindfulness, and meditation to help you relax, understand, and manage how your mind handles life stressors - under the expert guidance of registered psychotherapist and transformational coach Aude Ayliffe.

This is a holistic, life-changing, safe, and transformational journey in the peaceful countryside setting of this beautiful 18th-century mansion and a Georgian white house in 40 acres of parkland grounds, indoor pool and gym.

Stress is part of life but it doesn't have to control your life!

  • Day 1: Learn about and Understand your Stress Triggers (conscious and unconscious)
  • Day 2: Understand your learned Stress coping strategies and responses (psycho-education and 1-to-1 consultation)
  • Day 3: Learn scientifically proven emotional self-regulation methods (mindfulness and meditation practices) tailored to you and your lifestyle

The Schedule

Your retreat starts on Friday at 14:00 and ends on Sunday at 17:00.

The agenda below may be adjusted around the personal needs of our small group of participants (based on their Personal Questionnaire) on the day to ensure you get the most out of your stay and enjoy it!

You will have regular breaks through the day and between activities, a 1-hour lunch break, and relaxing / processing time (where you can use the pool and leisure facilities, go for a walk, etc.).

You can relax, clear your mind, understand your own deep-rooted triggers of stress, anxiety, or burn-out, and start your healing process with tailored strategies, self-compassion, and new-found confidence.

Included excursions

The retreat includes a mindful walk or hiking on the vast hotel grounds and nature paths.

Please know that this isn't a fitness retreat so the distance and length of the walk will be adjusted to the group's personal preferences and mobility.

Beaumont Estate Countryside Hotel has been carefully selected for this retreat.

An 18th-century mansion with a Georgian white house on 40 acres of parkland grounds complete with natural ponds and specially commissioned sculptures create a relaxing space for guests to explore, all set close to the River Thames.

Your stay comes with the following as standard:

  • Overnight stay in your own Beaumont Place Double room or share a Twin room
  • Breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant
  • Daily coffee or tea and snacks
  • Free use of the wellness facilities, indoor pool, and gardens

Food

  • Lunch and dinner can be ordered from the hotel restaurant menus wide range of dietary options
