The agenda below may be adjusted around your personal needs and other attendees on the day to ensure you get the most out of your stay. The retreat program covers the following during our group workshops and holistic practices:
Day 1: Emotional Dysregulation Triggers and Responses.
- Recognise your personal triggers (conscious and unconscious)
- Understand how your mind has been trying to cope.
- Decide and learn how to avoid or manage some of these triggers.
Day 2: Tame your unhealthy responses with emotional self-regulation and practical techniques.
- Overthinking and over-analysing
- Procrastination
- Inner critical voice
- Anxiety, overwhelm and isolation
Day 3: Make ADHD your superpower
- Discover the benefits of your own ADHD brain
- Maximise your potential in your personal and/or professional life.
MIND CLARITY has regular short breaks between activities, minimum 1-hour lunch break, and relaxing/processing time (where you can use the leisure facilities, indoor pool, go for a walk, etc) through the day and evening.

This includes all the information and details you need to know and bring with you including the usual things for a weekend break, outdoor walks, fitness classes and swimming pool (if you wish to use the leisure facilities).
