Who is the teacher?

Meet Charlotte, a dedicated SOMA® Breathwork and KUNDADANCE Facilitator, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Self-Love Mindset Coach. Charlotte’s journey to becoming a holistic healer and guide has been transformative, and she is passionate about sharing the profound benefits of these practices with you.

For nearly two decades, Charlotte battled anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and chronic stress. It took hitting rock bottom to finally start her journey of self-discovery and inner healing. She experimented with a wide variety of holistic practices in an attempt to find herself and release the pain of shame.

After a lot of trial and error, Charlotte found solace and strength through breathwork, yoga, and subconscious healing work. This combination enabled her to transform her pain into a superpower. These practices taught her to quieten her inner critic, connect deeply with the present moment, and tap into her inner wisdom. Charlotte’s teaching style is deeply rooted in personal experiences, offering authenticity and empathy as she guides others on their paths of transformation.

Sanyas is located in Kerambitan, Tabanan Regency, Bali. It is a 90-minute drive from Bali DPS International Airport. The famed Tanah Lot Temple is reachable within a 20-minute drive.

The property also offers free on-site parking for guests who drive.
