This accommodation features a private room with an ensuite bathroom. There are seven unique bamboo houses, inspired by various animal shapes and utilising the open space concept which provides a deep connection with nature that aims to give positive energy to rejuvenate your body and soul.

Each room is fully equipped with fan, shower, desk, balcony and wardrobe. Our rooms are surrounded by stunning river view and tropical greenery that will take your breath away.

This beautiful six-day retreat is a perfect opportunity for you to connect with yourself better by learning about how your mind works and how to make it work better for (not against) you; to meet and evolve with likeminded people from around the globe and share each other’s stories, experiences and perspectives; to deeply de-stress, detox and renew your body and soul; and to grow deeper awareness of both your inner and outer worlds.

What’s more, this retreat invites you to dive deep within to find your inner compass and learn how to use it effectively to wipe out old, negative self-beliefs and supercharge your mind toward a happier, healthier, and more abundant life. When your inner world changes, your outer world starts to mirror that new inner world, and your mind will do everything it can to help you achieve that vision.

Whether you are a complete beginner in meditation or yoga, or you have been practicing for some time, or you are an experienced meditation or yoga teacher, this program will empower you with profound knowledge, wisdom, and a fresh perspective on yourself. You and only you, hold the key to positive self-transformation in your own hand and it is your responsibility to turn that key.

All you need to do is to learn to truly let go and believe in yourself consistently during this extraordinary self-journey. In the guided meditation sessions, you’ll be given psychoanalysis and positive psychology-based guidance to help you work with your own mind and communicate with it effectively; to learn to observe your thoughts and feelings from the inside out and cultivate non-judgmental and mindful awareness of your body and mind.

Other than that, you will also learn to connect deeply with your inner voice and intuition and develop stronger mental and emotional resilience; to care for your inner child and heal unresolved trauma or pain from your past, and to learn how to truly relax and blossom into the most beautiful vision you have for yourself.

You’ll make many new discoveries about yourself and open up to new perspectives and beliefs that will transform your inner world. In the breathwork practices, you’ll be guided through different breathing techniques and learn to harness the phenomenal power of your own breath; to release physical and emotional blockages, pain, and trauma; and to feel perfectly safe and grounded in the present moment using the breath as your anchor.

Remember that you may have different experiences from others, but you are not alone in how you feel. You may not be responsible for the negative things that happened to you, but you are 100% responsible for healing and rising above them.

Day 1: Arrival and settle in

Day 2: Start Where You Are

Let a lifelong journey of self-love begin with radical self-acceptance. Where we are at this very moment in life is exactly where we are supposed to be. Embrace how we are, celebrate who we are and ground deeply in the present moment.

Let yourself be guided on a journey to unconditional self-love. In this workshop, you will learn what may be holding you back from fully embodying self-love. We will do a series of practices, including lecture, journaling, meditation and experiential exercises.

Day 3: Awaken to Your Truest Self

The most underrated relationship is our relationship with ourselves as it sets the tone for all the other relationships we have. Cultivating a healthy self-relationship is about falling in love with yourself and sharing that love with people who appreciate you rather than chasing after love to compensate for a self-love deficit. It’s time to connect deeply with our higher self and see the world clearly.

There is a powerful presence within every one of us, a part of your subconscious referred to as the inner child. This inner presence holds emotions, memories, and beliefs from the past, and when acknowledged and healed, is the source of joy, creativity, and unconditional love. In this workshop, you will meet your inner child and learn tools to re-parent yourself through journaling, meditation, and other experiential practices. It is a profoundly healing, transformative experience.

Day 4: The Art of Letting Go

You often try to change something external when the thing that’s blocking you from your ideal state of being is internal. You need to learn to let go of all the toxic self-beliefs and emotional patterns in order to create space for positive changes to happen in your life. The art of letting go is about trusting our own journey, playing fully yet not overly attached to the outcome.

Let's hold hands through this gentle healing portal. This workshop it is designed to deeply connect with the body’s stored scores while releasing the "trauma-waste" storage in the body memory. Through gentle rocking movements and shamanic shaking, you will help the body to become open and ready for releasing. Then you will deepen the practice through a transformational breathwork journey to heal your deepest wounds. The worship is followed by an ice bath that will help to activate all of the body senses in order to reach optimal mental clarity and awareness.

Day 5: Healthy Mind-Body Connection

Your body has its own intelligence, it feeds on not just the food you eat, but everything you say, think, and do. The key to living a healthier life is treating your body with both kindness and discipline. Learn to set healthy boundaries, manage your stress and change your negative self-beliefs. Just treat yourselves with kindness and love and open access to inner joy and peace.

Open your heart to the healing power of love and resolve lingering traumas in your consciousness. Through a deeper understanding and guided meditation, you’ll awaken to the universal love that binds you all together. This workshop will start with a talk, followed up with a guided meditation. There will be room for questions and sharing at the end.

Manifesting from and for the earth - this sacred ritual will create beauty beyond comprehension. The sacred plant medicine of cacao has the power to transform the vibrations of your body towards their highest form. This guided ceremony is a therapeutic journey where one is enabled to touch the divine light and darkness and become oneness from within.

Day 6: Return to Balance of Life

Happiness is letting go of what you think life should be and celebrating it for everything that it is. Allow life to express itself through you, anchor yourself in the present, and move in rhythm with your true nature. When you’re in the rain, don’t forget to dance!
