This very popular 1-to-1 'Mindful Mentoring' package is a great way to keep accountability and development of your mindfulness practice. This package is sometimes combined with advanced or bulk 'Dyad' work, dependant upon experience.

You are unique, so how you work together with Frances to best achieve your goals will also be. The focus of the therapy together is to give you tools and techniques to equip you for a happier life in the quickest time possible. For a large number of clients, 3 therapy sessions to work on a single issue is enough for rapid life-enhancing change.

Frances always recommends that in addition to therapy work, you develop an ongoing mindfulness practice.
