A magical place where nature and calm wrap around you. The farm has different magical sites, for practices both outside and in the inner "Dojo".

The evening treats participants with sunsets and at dusk the stars cover the entire sky. Smell the sea, the mountains and the town...

The house has 5 double rooms with single beds, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, terrace with sea views, swimming pool and relaxation areas.

All rooms have heating and are equipped with bed linen and bath towels.

Program

The mind is always looking for more information, more studies, more theory… more words. What if everything was simpler? The "unobserved" mind tends towards complexity, to having everything under control, to wanting to know at all times why and for what, to always wanting to arrive at a place without enjoying the landscape, to always having to choose, to position yourself here or there, to live in danger mode. To waste a lot of time trying to improve the external aspects of our lives.

Why does everything seem so complicated to us? Our life is enriched and transformed when we cultivate the gaze inward= Stillness, Attention, Spaciousness, Silence, Presence, Serenity.

Inward= It is above all a retreat where you will abandon the complexity of the mind and thoughts to inhabit the simple, to inhabit the simplicity of the heart, to inhabit the being. A date with oneself. Open your arms to life from the Presence.

What understandings will you take away?

  • Living from presence and not from worry. The mind can be the best of servants but also the most tyrannical of masters. Our most intimate being always lives from presence, our ruminating mind from worry.
  • Relate to your character. How we relate to our ego (character) is the first step to relating to ourselves from a place of mental calm and kindness.
  • Observe your attachments. Much of our stress and anxiety can come from excessive attachment to what we experience in our environment.
  • Stop to move forward. One of the greatest challenges of 21st century society is to stop in order to move forward, when in reality, it is from there that we can begin to discern, observe, embrace who we truly are and see clearly to make the decisions necessary for a full and meaningful life.
  • Your relationship with the uncomfortable. When we don't like something, our first reaction is flight or fight. Learning to relate from compassion and in a loving way without confrontation or escape makes us stronger.

  • Meditation Practices: Explore how we relate to the mind, thoughts and our emotional states. Discover patterns of thinking or limiting beliefs that do not allow us to live from our true self.
  • Body Awareness: You will practice alternately the conscious movement or body awareness, necessary to deeply relax the nervous system and generate greater sensitivity and interoception. It will also help you prepare the body for static meditation postures.
  • Emotional Regulation: By spending several days with yourselves, you can become aware of emotional states that are hidden behind everyday life.
  • Breathing: Through breathing techniques, it is possible to modulate attention and cultivate calm or also reactivate the body's internal energy.

Location

The Finca Coll des Pi is located in a privileged place. In just a few minutes you can start a hike through the mountains or savor the sea spray in one of the most wonderful coves in Mallorca.

Food

Their chef Isabel offers conscious and healthy, seasonal menus that adapt to the needs of the group. Nutritious food that cheers the soul. Vegetarian and homemade Mediterranean option.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
