This mindfulness course program is designed to help you to observe your thoughts, emotions, and feelings from moment to moment, non-judgementally to discover for yourself and to change your old negative thinking habits, thus empowering yourself to respond more effectively to the challenges. You will explore the breath, the mind, the body, and your emotional states. The retreat program will help you learn to calmly focus and concentrate your mind and bring your full awareness to something specific such as being more compassionate, more kind, or help in overcoming life’s difficulties. You will learn mindfulness skills to cope with stress, depression, fear, and anxiety. The course will also teach you how to boost your happiness and well-being, find new sources of resilience, joy, calm in your life, and apply mindfulness techniques in your everyday life. Alongside the daily classes, meditation retreat by Naturbliss offers occasional harmonizing workshops.
65 practice sessions, each session incorporates videos, exercises, and mindfulness meditation practice
20 online sessions will be conducted over Zoom, video training and you are encouraged to practice on your own for the remaining 45 sessions

How the retreat works
This mindfulness course is conducted online so you can join from the comfort of your home. After receiving each day's email, you are encouraged to practice on your own, then you and Chayanuch join together to practice and elevate via Zoom, video, webinar live. You will receive guidance and support from her. If you cannot make it to the live session, you will still receive the daily video email, as well as be able to watch the live group video replay.
During the 6-days online retreat, you will be sent the video course, with a daily live Zoom practice. Not only that, every day, you’ll also receive video and audio training with practices.

Chayanuch is a founder at Naturbliss, she has been a mindfulness practitioner since 1996. Her mindfulness practice styles include long silent retreats, moving, awareness, MBSR, Metta, Vipassana, walking, and dynamic meditation under the guidance of Asian masters and several mindfulness retreat associations. She has been leading mindfulness retreats with local communities under Thainox Stainless Plc's project for 5 years as a public relations executive. She also learned Thai Cuisine with her mother since 1982 and learned classical Thai dance meditation since the age of 10.
This mindfulness meditation for super performance masterclass with Naturbliss is held online, based in Bangkok and Koh Lanta, Thailand (GMT+7) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate in from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
