How the retreat works

This mindfulness course is conducted online so you can join from the comfort of your home. After receiving each day's email, you are encouraged to practice on your own, then you and Chayanuch join together to practice and elevate via Zoom, video, webinar live. You will receive guidance and support from her. If you cannot make it to the live session, you will still receive the daily video email, as well as be able to watch the live group video replay.

During the 6-days online retreat, you will be sent the video course, with a daily live Zoom practice. Not only that, every day, you’ll also receive video and audio training with practices.

The session starts at 8:00 a.m., Bangkok, Thailand Time Zone (GMT+7). Chayanuch Kuarchart is available from Day 1 to Day 6. The final date and time of online sessions will be scheduled after the booking.

  • The first day includes some time for orientation - you will need access Zoom via a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
