The resort has two types of accommodation and suites to satisfy your needs. There are Thai Oriental House and Villa Style. The Thai Oriental House is separated into two rooms. All of the features are modern amenities, natural woods, serenity, and privacy you’ve come to expect from Lanta Wanida Resort. Some guests feel calmed by the experience of staying in one of the Thai Oriental houses surrounded by tranquil gardens.

Take a refreshing swim in your choice of the outdoor pools nearby, The villa is right next to the exotic forest view, the entire resort is devoted to rejuvenating and restoring the human body and mind to the absolute peak of health and wellness.

Program

The program is designed to help you to observe your thoughts, emotions, and feelings from moment to moment, non-judgementally to discover for yourself and to change your old negative thinking habits, thus empowering yourself to respond more effectively to the challenges and apply mindfulness technique on your everyday life. Alongside the daily classes, Meditation Retreate by Naturbliss offers occasional harmonizing workshops. This retreat program will emphasize on the tranquility or quietness of the environment as a way to facilitate meditation activities.

Mindfulness Meditation Retreats By Naturbliss offer the retreat program at Resort in Pattaya, Thailand. It teaches you that there are many paths to health and wellness, depending on where you are in life. Offering the retreat based on your needs for self-improvement.

Food

It is not possible to satisfy the special food preferences and requirements of all the mindfulness meditators. Mindfulness Meditator is therefore kindly requested to make do with the simple vegetarian meals provided. The course management endeavors to prepare a balanced, wholesome menu suitable for mindfulness meditation. If any mindfulness meditators have been prescribed a special diet because of ill-health, they should inform the management at the time of application. Fasting is not permitted.
