Tuesday - Arrival and relaxation - 16:30
Settle into the peaceful Bonifatius Church in the afternoon with a warm welcome. The group will begin with an introduction and calming meditation and mindfulness basics in order to ease themselves into the retreat. A lovingly prepared dinner awaits, followed by a tension releasing meditation and stress releasing exercises to end the day.
Wednesday - Connection with yourself and nature
Start your day in silence with a morning meditation to center yourself. Enjoy a hearty breakfast. A gentle yoga session follows, helping your body and mind ease into movement releasing stress from the body. Take a refreshing nature walk to return energized for a delightful brunch.
In the afternoon, experience an active meditation to release energy and more tension. End the day with a wholesome dinner and a deep, restorative meditation.
Thursday - Recharge and let go
Begin with a morning meditation for deeper relaxation. After breakfast, enjoy a sound healing session, letting the vibrations help release any remaining stress. Participants will end the retreat with a bountiful brunch, reflecting on the experiences shared.
Leave the retreat fully recharged, ready to tackle work with renewed energy and focus. Check out time will be at 14:30.
