This is Monkeymindretreats' signature retreat, combining elements of their 12-week mentorship program with their most popular retreat practices.
You do not need any experience with yoga or any other practices for this retreat in Portugal, but it would be beneficial if you have worked with Isabel before. It is not required though. The retreat is open to students of all levels. All classes are tailored to students’ abilities. Beginners will get an introduction to the basics, while more experienced students will be challenged.

During five days, you will be invited to carefully selected practices, to feel fresh, vibrant, and awake in your body, soul, and mind. Through yoga, you will connect with your body and mind. They will guide you through poses and breathing techniques to increase your flexibility and strength, both physically and mentally. Feel the vibrant energy within you through dynamic somatic practices. From invigorating movement sessions to calming breathwork, they offer a variety of activities that help you reconnect with your body and harness your inner vitality.
These practices are designed to release tension, enhance well-being, and bring a smile to your face (at least at some point). Reconnecting with your inner child has never been so easy! The sessions are designed to help you uncover and heal past traumas, fostering self-love and acceptance. Through creative and playful activities, you will rediscover the joy, creativity, and love within you.
