Embracing meditation as an integral part of the Buddhist way of life, Muay Thai Battle Conquer Gym extend numerous opportunities for meditation practice throughout the week. You may find yourself joining them on a visit to one of nearby temples, embarking on a serene countryside walk, or exploring a hidden jungle waterfall. The experienced yoga instructor will expertly guide you through these meditation experiences, fostering a profound connection with your inner self.

Naga Studio | Yin, Pilates, Aerial

Muay Thai Battle Conquer Gym purpose built in door studio will be home to a variety of specialist classes such as aerial yoga, Mat Pilates, yin yoga and Yoga Nidra, depending on the styles and skills of the yoga teachers. They are sure you’ll find a class to suit your needs. The teachers come from all over the world and teach different styles of yoga, therefore the classes may change throughout the year based on current teachers. This space allows them to offer classes throughout the day in a cool air-conditioned environment.

Unique Experience | Meeting Our Monk

Every Sunday you will have a weekly trip to visit the monk where you can join him to listen to his teachings about Buddhism and join in with a guided meditation. There are many opportunities to do yoga and meditation at the camp so please request the latest copy of the schedule and welcome letter to see what's included.

Yoga Breath Meditation (60 minutes)

In this 60-minute Yoga Breath Meditation session, you will begin with grounding through seated meditation and gentle yoga warm-up poses for 10-15 minutes. Next, engage in breath techniques like Kundalini and Breath of Fire to build heat, followed by calming breath practices such as Sutali or Bumble Bee, incorporating alternate nasal breathing. The session concludes with a relaxing breath meditation, where you can choose between visualizing ocean waves or guiding participants through circle breathing in Savasana, enhanced by the soothing sound of singing bowls.

Yoga Sutra Meditation (60 minutes)

In the Yoga Sutra Meditation class, center your practice around a chosen sutra or teaching, which could range from the yamas to a specific chakra or a complete sutra of personal preference. After reading and discussing the selected sutra with the class, participants engage in journaling their thoughts. The meditation itself aligns with the sutras' principles, emphasizing pratyahara or sensory withdrawal. You will systematically explore each of the senses, from feeling the air on the skin to attending to distant and near sounds, ultimately guiding attention to the inner mind's eye for focused concentration (dharana). To accommodate varying levels of experience, Muay Thai Battle Conquer Gym provide multiple options for meditation points to ensure everyone can fully engage in the practice.

Loving Kindness Meditation (60 minutes)

In the Buddhist Loving Kindness meditation, also known as "Metta" meditation, you will experience a heart-centered (Anahatha) practice aimed at cultivating and radiating feelings of love, compassion, and goodwill towards oneself and all living beings. Practitioners begin by directing these sentiments inward, generating self-love and acceptance. Gradually, the focus extends outward, encompassing loved ones, acquaintances, and eventually even those with whom you may have conflicts or differences. The meditation seeks to dissolve barriers and foster a sense of interconnectedness, promoting universal love and empathy. It's a profound and transformative practice that encourages the development of a kind and compassionate heart.
