Join in magical Lanzarote, Spain, and experience waking up just before sunrise to the smell of a fresh sea breeze. Then, you walk for one minute to the ocean, for a calm but energizing Vinyasa yoga session while watching the sun rise out of the sea, followed by a short meditation session.
To end the morning practice, you can have a short swim in the refreshing Atlantic Ocean. And while you shower the salt water off, your host will prepare some nutritious breakfast.
Depending on the program and your needs, you will either have a transformational coaching session inside the safe space of the sailing vessel, or go on an outdoor activity (hike, bicycle ride, surf / swim).
For lunch, there will be a delicious, freshly made meal ready on the sailing vessel or somewhere in nature. In the afternoon, you will have time for yourself to reflect on the transformational coaching session during a long beach walk. Around sunset, there will be time for some relaxing yoga and meditation.
On most days, freshly made dinner will be served on the sailing vessel. During the evenings, you will have time to integrate, contemplate, and reflect. Also, you might get some journaling exercises that will help you in your path towards personal growth. To end your day, let the calm sea slowly rock you to sleep.
Why 1-on-1?
When you're solo, you will have time to focus on just yourself, your dreams, and your transformation, without any distractions.
How can this retreat be something for you?
You'll feel that it's time to work on yourself. Often, guests mention that when they went to group retreats, they were more busy with others than with themselves.
This won't be the case on this retreat. During the retreat, you'll have the whole sailing vessel to yourself (your host Nadiem will stay somewhere else). There won't be many distractions, so you'll have enough time to contemplate, integrate, reflect, and work on yourself while looking over the calm sea.
Also, the amount of personal guidance will be unique, since it includes daily yoga / meditation and coaching sessions, three healthy meals a day, transport around the whole island, and all kinds of outdoor activities.
The program of this retreat will be personalized based on your desires and wishes. It might also include some experiences that stretch your comfort zone.
Last but not least, to make sure you will reach lasting change, you'll leave the retreat with a clear plan on how to implement your insights and lessons learned in your daily life back home.
Your host and transformational coach Nadiem has completed several rewarding expeditions (he crossed Africa from Cape Town to Cairo solo on a motorbike, cycled around the world, and solo-sailed the Atlantic Ocean) and is passionately using his experiences to help you with your goals and your path towards personal growth.
