This is a program focusing on pranayama and meditation techniques. Namaste Yoga India is trying to spread positivity and spirituality through yogic practices. Through this course, we will be focusing on pranayama and meditation techniques with deep knowledge.

Online sessions' timezone: Rishikesh, India (GMT+5:30) - daily live session at 10 am-11 am and 06 pm- 07 pm.
Meditation styles consist of vipassana, Trataka, osho naad bharam, yoga nidra, chidakasha dharana, pranayama- Deep yogic breathing and all breathing techniques mentioned as per yogic texts etc

How the training works
Every day, there will be 1 hour live session
Live session will be daily 10-11 am and 06:00-07:00 pm as per Indian time; making it a total of 7 hours. You will reach a deep understanding of breathing techniques and learn meditation techniques every day.
Minakshi is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She has teaching experience of 8+ years in many countries like Thailand, Maldives, and India. She has learned yoga from the core basics from world Yoga Capital, She is dedicated to deliver the right knowledge from the bottom of her heart and spirituality.
This training is held online. Namaste Yoga India is located in Rishikesh, India (GMT+5:30), and they will live-stream yoga classes via Zoom which you can participate from the comfort of your home.
