Besides all the adventures and tours, you will also have daily yoga - the only days that there will be no yoga sessions planned are the first and last days of the trip.

Begin your journey in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda. Spend some time exploring the city and getting a taste of Rwandan culture.

This day, you will trek the Golden Monkey in Volcanoes National Park - home to the endangered golden monkeys. Your experienced guide will take you on a trek to observe these playful primates in their enchanting forested habitat.
You can also take an optional visit to the Dian Fossey grave at the Karisoke Research Center to learn about her conservation efforts and the history of gorilla conservation in Rwanda. You will then cross the border into Uganda and head to Bwindi.
This day, you will embark on an extraordinary adventure as you take yourself deep into the heart of Africa's dense jungles for a life-altering gorilla trekking experience. Following breakfast, you'll embark on a scenic drive to the border, crossing into Kenya. The journey continues as you head towards Lake Nakuru, where you'll spend the night.
Lake Nakuru is one of Kenya's most famous and ecologically significant lakes, known for its stunning landscapes and diverse wildlife. Located in the Great Rift Valley, this alkaline lake and its surrounding national park offer a range of attractions and experiences for visitors.
Lake Nakuru is renowned for its vast flocks of flamingos that gather along the shoreline. The sight of these graceful pink birds wading in the shallow waters is a visual spectacle that draws nature enthusiasts and photographers from around the world.
While the flamingo population has fluctuated in recent years due to environmental factors, the lake remains a critical habitat for these birds.
Lake Nakuru National Park is home to a wide variety of wildlife, making it a fantastic destination for safaris and game drives. Some of the animals you can encounter include rhinos (both black and white), lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and various antelope species. Uganda is a country in East Africa with diverse landscapes and an abundance of wildlife, rare birds, and the mountain gorilla. There are just over a thousand mountain gorillas left in the world, and half of them are found in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

Indulge in Rwandan cuisine with dishes like ibihaza (grilled plantains), brochettes (skewered grilled meat), akabenz (tilapia fish), ugali (maize porridge), isombe (cassava leaves in groundnut sauce), and umutsima (cassava and cornmeal with veggies). Enjoy fresh fruits like bananas, passion fruits, and pineapples, along with rich local coffee.
In Uganda, the staple food is matoke (cooking bananas). Other foods include cassava (manioc), sweet potatoes, white potatoes, yams, beans, peas, peanuts, cabbage, pumpkins, and tomatoes. Fruits such as oranges, paw-paws (papayas), lemons, and pineapples are also grown. Meals at the lodges will be a variety of local and international cuisines.
Kenya has a diverse culinary scene influenced by a variety of factors such as geography, climate, and cultural diversity. Here are some traditional and popular foods in Kenya: ugali, nyama choma, sukuma wiki, chapati, samosa, and fish.
