This private session is for prenatal (mum-to-be) and post-natal (new mums).

For Mums To Be

Your body goes through so many changes during pregnancy and it’s easy to feel a little lost when it comes to which exercises to do. Regular exercise designed specifically to nurture your prenatal body will not only help you to strengthen your body but will also improve your overall wellbeing so you can feel fit, happy, and healthy throughout your pregnancy journey.

For New Mums

Having a baby is an incredible gift and your body goes through so many changes that also continue after you’ve given birth and It’s natural to feel unsure how best to heal your body and start feeling like you again. Regular exercise designed specifically to nurture your post-natal body will not only help you regain strength but will also help with your overall wellbeing so you can feel fit, happy, and healthy as you enjoy time with your newborn.

Whether you’ve experienced diastasis or abdominal separation, or, you simply want to work on getting your pre-baby body back, this package has been created especially for you.

For both private sessions, you can select 16 or 32 sessions.

These pre and post-natal private sessions are held online. Natasha J Wood is based in London, UK (GMT +1) and they will live-stream the sessions via Zoom based on BST (GMT +1) during summer and GMT for session/s after October 31, 2021, which you can participate in from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.

What's included

  • 16 or 32 sessions to help you maintain strength throughout your pregnancy for mum to be and help you heal and build strength after birth for the new mum
  • Initial consultation to establish your needs and concerns before specifically tailoring suitable exercises to help you prepare for birth/heal after birth
  • Alongside your regular prenatal sessions, you’ll also receive a bespoke video to do between your classes and beyond and you’ll benefit from weekly Whatsapp/Email communication to help you stay on track
  • Also included is a list of recommended exercises, stretches, and breathing techniques to complement your regular sessions during pregnancy
