Online Meditation Course
Nepal Yoga Home, one of the very authentic yoga school in Himalayan country Nepal, is offering this 10-hour breathing and meditation course by an expert meditation instructor, Prakash Acharya. This course will teach life-transforming tools to manage your mind in a proper way. Modern people do not have time to connect with own self this course will assist you to connect with your true self. On this course, the journey starts from heart and feelings and reaches up to your true being.
Online sessions’ time zone: Kathmandu, Nepal (GMT+5:45). The classes will be from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (GMT+5:45) but can be adjusted upon request if you have a time problem.

Group size: 5-40 participants
Please install Zoom (preferred) to attend the live sessions. You should have good internet connectivity. It is never late to start anything and so for the meditation and breathing classes too. It does not matter what’s your age, your profession, your religion, it’s for all to preserve their physical, mental, and spiritual health.
How the course works
There will be one hour of class each day for 10 days. Classes will be conducted in Zoom, they will give you all the details on how you can join with them during class time. Please note that this training is not for the certification but to make it as a stepping stone for you in your meditation and pranayama journey.
Timing of sessions (GMT+5:45)
The standard time is Nepali time 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (GMT+5:45) but if you have time difference problem, you can discuss it with school so that they can arrange the different class schedule following the school’s suitable time.

Prakash Acharya is the founder of Nepal Yoga Home. His life is fully devoted to social transformation through yoga and meditation. He is working for those children who have been deprived of education due to their poverty in remote areas of Nepal. When he was a student, his subject was science (physics) and his objective was to know spirituality in a scientific way. After completing his Bachelor of Science degree, he pursued a Master degree of Science in Yogic Science and Human Consciousness.
This course is held online. Nepal Yoga Home is based in Nepal (GMT+5:45) and they will live-stream via Zoom (preferred) which you can participate from the comfort of your home.
