  • Evening: Welcome ceremony, Satsang about summary of the class (two hours)

Day 2

  • Morning: yoga, pranayama, and meditation sessions (one and a half hours)
  • Evening: Live session class for seven yoga poses with Chakras and mantra (two hours)

Day 3

  • Morning: yoga, pranayama, and meditation sessions (one and a half hours)
  • Evening: Live session class for seven pranayama, Nadi, Five Elements, Five Vayu, *Five Susma Sarir, and other techniques (two hours)

Day 4

  • Morning: yoga, pranayama, and meditation sessions (one and a half hours)
  • Evening: Live session class for details of 7 chakras (two hours)

Day 5

  • Morning: yoga, pranayama, and meditation sessions (one and a half hours)
  • Evening: Special healing class with 7 healing bowls and meditation (two hours)
