Certifications
Nirvana Yoga and Meditation shall send the certificate copy digitally and on request and courier charges (as applied by the company), they can also post them hard copy post lockdown.
How the training works
The training will be held online via Zoom, Skype, or WhatsApp. This 100-hour pranayama and meditation course is the beginning or part of the 200-hour course. Students who plan to complete the 200-hour course later do not need to do or repeat the entire course again. All they can do later is do part 2 of the 200-hour course in all to complete and receive the certificate for 200-hour training.
Contact hours
There will be 100 contact hours in total. The hours will be separated into 5 daily contact hours for 10 days, 45 to 50 sessions for 10 days.

Meditation
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique - such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity - to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear, emotionally calm, and stable state.
Pranayama
Pranayama is the formal practice of controlling the breath, which is the source of the prana, or vital life force. Here, read up on pranayama exercises poses breathing techniques and sequences. Various pranayama and guided meditation will be covered in this program. Few pranayamas as below and many more types of pranayama in the syllabus will be covered:

- Channel cleaning breath
- Conquerer breath

- Yoga of sound breath
In this online pranayama course, you will learn the techniques to make mind and body healthy, to create balance and tranquility within, and to get your mind and body in optimum condition. Pranayama and breath training is not just physical practice, through breathing you can start to work with your mind and subconscious and realize your “true nature”. Learn to use the breath as a tool to awaken your full potential.
In this online program, you will learn the techniques to work with the subtler levels of the self and learn to tap into a higher state of being. This breathing and meditation course is both for those who have already practiced yoga for some time and want to deepen their understanding of pranayama techniques and also for those who want to learn the basics of breathing and start to learn to work with the breath and min.
