Private Nutrition Session
No Brand Yoga invites you to join this consultations program. You can decide to choose only one consultation or a package of four sessions. But for long term results, it is recommended to follow a four-session program. Based on what you choose, No Brand Yoga will work with you on the adjustment of the new nutritional habits and you will feel supported.

You need to install Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype and have your own account to attend sessions. No Brand Yoga will provide a code or link to you after you book the first appointment.
Timing of sessions (GMT+2 / GMT+1)
In total, you will have four consultations. The time of each session will be discussed and arranged by you and No Brand Yoga when or after booking. The first session is a one-hour assessment. The three following consultations are between 30 and 45 minutes, every eight to 10 days.
You can also decide to choose only one consultation. But for long term results, it is recommended to follow a four-session program.
About this private session
The assessment is time to get to know your profile, history, mindset, motivations, and needs. You will also send No Brand Yoga pictures of your meals every day during five days (after the first appointment), so they will analyze them with you together and see what is good to keep and the small steps to improve what is not ideal and, finally, set a goal. During the three following consultations, you will do a balance of the previous week, measure results, and re-adjust the meal plans.
You are what you eat, and often, you do not feel the full potential of yourself. By focusing on better habits around food, you can improve your general health and then your happiness: better sleep, better energy, better mental capacities, better skin, better figure, better physical performance, and better self-confidence. It improves your entire body-mind system.

These nutrition coaching sessions are held online. No Brand Yoga is based in Heidal, Norway (GMT+1) and they will live-stream the sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype based on Central European Summer Time (GMT+2) during Summer and GMT+1 for sessions after October 25th, 2020 which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
