Kyle Chmieleski
Coach Kyle is the owner and one of the trainers on board at 1Team Fitness. He has been a certified personal trainer for over 15 years and has a passion for helping people reach their fitness and health goals. He graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science/Kinesiology and an Associate in Sports Management. He believes in the fitness philosophy of: "Progress not Perfection". His positive attitude and motivation are contagious.
Ashley Nadar
Ashley is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, RDN who received her education at the University of Alabama. She is here to celebrate all wins, big and small to help you achieve sustainable goals through personalized nutrition. Ashley creates a space for you to learn, improve your relationship with food, and achieve your big-picture health goals. When she’s not working one-on-one with clients she can be found in the kitchen creating something new!!-
