Melie is your gastronomic guide. She is a French woman in her early 30s. She grew up in Brittany, near the most western point of France, her childhood was nurtured by stories of sailors and explorers. And fish. First, she studied languages (as it is the first passport to travel) and focussed on English and Spanish. To fulfill her growing interest in gastronomy and in traveling, she worked in numerous restaurants. You can imagine what came next, wine! She studied at the University of Wine, the oldest wine school in France to become a sommelier.
