"10 days yoga & ayurveda retreat"

Firoz and his wife were amazing hosts. A good variety of yoga sessions in the mornings & we deffinately left more flexible than when we arrived. Breakfast after yoga was delicious every time! The Ayurveda treatment was also relaxing and felt very authentic. Firoz gave us good reccomendations for places to eat and things to do. Renting a bike was the best way to explore the city!

Would reccomend to anyone looking for a relaxing 10 days in a nice small city.

"Best Stay ever!"

I stayed at Adams Wood house for 6 nights and had a wonderfull stay. Everyday I got a treatment that was done by the sweetest lady. She does it with a lot of love and effort, for that you really feel being taken care of. She is very professional and I also liked it that I had a lot of different treatments during my stay. After the treatments my skin looked amazing and I could feel it doing good things for my whole body.

The home was a really nice, Friendly and welcoming home. I felt like I was at home and could ask for anything I wanted to know. Adam is really friendly and helpfull, he arranged everything for me and also helped me planning my next move. His wife Varhana is a very good cook and I couldn’t wait to get breakfast ore lunch. Every day it was something else and delicious!

At night time I had cooking classes from Zakira, an amazingly sweet and skilled cook. Every night we would make a few different dishes and she would show me how to make it. She is very experienced and knows alot about cooking. She would show me how to do it and then I could try it as well. Offcourse I am nowhere near as good as she is. But still I have a notebook full with recipes that I can try back home. In between the cooking we had fun and shared stories about our lives. I would definatly recommend staying here!
