He began his journey to well-being in 2015 after finding himself very sick and facing up to the reality that it was his lifestyle that was making him so. He chose to trust in the power of plants to heal himself from the inside out and after experiencing a huge shift in awareness whilst on an extended juice fast he realised just how powerful living a plant-based life was for both his body and mind. He has since helped hundreds of others to heal themselves.
