For seven years, Carmela ran Yoga Batsù studio in San Jose and today, she enjoys the blessing of creating wellness journeys in Costa Rica. For the past fifteen years, she has been dedicated to the nurturing of the body, mind, and heart through the practice of yoga and meditation, combined with unique healing techniques such as Thai massage, sound therapy, and the application of the sacred medicine rapé. In this phase of her life, she fully dedicates her time and energy to providing and creating experiences that guide others into the path of the heart and the path of full presence.
