John Paul
John Paul is the founder of Breathing Journeys Breathwork School in Scotland and has extensive breathwork training with various UK and international teachers, including the Air School pf Breathwork in the UK, Zentium International from Australia and Sundoor International from the USA. He has been supporting clients with breathwork for over 15 years and has extensive experience of helping people to resolve trauma and connect more deeply to who they really are.
Fabiana Legradic
Fabiana Legradic (LL.M, HCA) – Dance teacher and certified breathwork practitioner. She is also a certified coach from the International Coaching Institute (ICI Paris – Geneva) and trained extensively with Embodiment Unlimited, becoming a certified Embodiment Facilitator. A mom of two, she brings 18 years of experience in personal growth and healing practices, creating a safe and supportive space for transformation with warmth, love, and deep care.
