Claudia Victoria is a Natural Chef from UK and studied mindful cooking in Japan, trained as mindful eating qualified instructor in the US, with many years of experience in transformation and behavioural change. She moved to South Asia a couple of years ago to deep dive into mindfulness meditation and the traditions of Shojin Ryori (traditional buddhist cooking) and Ōryōki (meditative form of eating) from Japan. She has been amalgamating cooking and mindfulness for wellness for many years and offers her own wholeness practice with individuals and companies worldwide.
