By nature more of an adventurer and explorer than a philosopher, Daniel has always sought direct experiences throughout his life's journey. When he started to dive deep into yoga and bodywork 15 years ago, he experienced how physical and emotional depth and openness are related and realized how modern anatomy can help perceiving traditional mystical wisdom in your own body. As a teacher in 2,500+ hours of yoga teacher trainings and 14 bodywork training courses, he has accompanied a great number of people on their way to becoming yoga teachers and massage therapists.
